- Users are obligated to use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws. - Access may be subject to a fee and/or the input of an activation code.
- We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by the Service.

As this is an AI-based service, no warranty is given for continuous or error-free operation. Changes, interruptions, or restrictions of the service are reserved.
Payments are, if applicable, processed via external payment providers (e.g., Stripe). The respective payment providers' terms and conditions also apply.
Processing of personal data is conducted according to our separate privacy policy.
Austrian law applies excluding conflict of law provisions. The venue for all disputes is Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed appropriately about material changes.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
